UNIC mini crane spells out supermarket sign
Signage for a major UK supermarket chain was installed with the help of a 3 tonne capacity UNIC mini spider crane recently.
A UNIC URW-506 mini crane was hired to assist on this sign installation project, where it lifted four 2 metre tall letters into position. Working in the limited space available around the new Asda store, the crane used a 700kg combined searcher hook and fly jib to lift each letter to a 4 metre height where installers on an access platform fixed them into place.
